The Media Laws and Ethics course is designed to introduce students to the legal and ethical frameworks that govern the media industry. The course covers topics such as freedom of speech and expression, defamation, contempt of court, copyright and intellectual property rights, and media ethics. Students will learn about the laws and regulations that apply to media professionals and organizations, and develop critical thinking and analytical skills to navigate complex media law and ethics issues.
